Welcome to Trinity on this Memorial Day weekend. We give thanks for all who have fought for and given their lives for our country. We also give thanks to Jesus that he laid down his life for us.

We pray for Pastor Russell, Beth and Ellie as they enjoy some time away.

Please continue to pray for those going through testing and treatments, and those recuperating after being in the hospital.

We pray for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one.

If you have a prayer request, please fill out the slip in your bulletin and place it in the offering plate.

Announcements:

The annual Memorial Day program will be held in the North Butler School Auditorium in Allison, on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 9:00 AM (this is a time change). The Drill Team will march at 8:45 AM.

The RCWM will be holding a bazaar on May 30th, from 8 AM-5 PM, during Allison Days as a fund raiser. While doing your spring cleaning, please bring items (no clothes) that you might want to donate. This is a great way to clear out closets! Items may be put in the second Sunday School room. Thank you! 

We have a float for the parade!! It is a wonderful opportunity for outreach for our church!   We need your help!  Would you consider supplying these items for the Allison Days parade on May 31!

A CANOE- YES a canoe! It will be riding on a hayrack!

CANDY- Please consider donating parade candy!  A box will be placed near the mailboxes. You can drop off anytime by May 30!

FISH NETS, FISHING VESTS, AND HATS TO WEAR WHEN YOU GO FISHING!   Please label and give to Jamie Osterbuhr. We need float riders of all ages!  If you can ride, please let Jamie or Beth know!  This is your opportunity to help Trinity!  We will be throwing out candy!  THANK YOU!  

The Allison Community Bible School will be held at Wilder Park, Tuesday, June 10 through Thursday, June 12, from 9:00-11:30 AM. This is open to all children entering Kindergarten through entering 5th grade. A snack will be served each day, please send a labeled water bottle with your child. Permission slips are available at any of the churches and will be sent home to NB elementary students. Please return permission slips to the elementary office or to the church office by Friday, May 10th.

Volunteers needed!! Please contact Taylor Salge (319-239-5128) or Merrie Krukow (641-775-3363) if you are interest in being a helper for the Allison Community Vacation Bible School to be held on June 10th, 11th, and 12th from 9:00 to 11:30 AM at Wilder’s Park. Volunteers must be at least entering 6th grade and adults are always welcome, too!
