HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! The RCWM will recognize Mother’s Day by presenting all the ladies here today with a gift at the end of the service!

Today is the last day to enjoy a morning beverage from the Coffee Cart until they reopen in the fall! Thank you to our youth and their leaders for this delicious addition to our service!

Prayer Concerns:

Please keep Doug DeBower and his family in your prayers. Doug’s wife Tateum passed away unexpectedly after a battle with cancer on Friday. Doug and Tateum are the parents of 4 children, their youngest little one, attends Little Lambs.  

Please pray for Dorothy Nelsen as she works with her doctors to make a treatment plan.

We continue to pray for Annabelle Dohlman as she recuperates at home.

Please pray for those in our military as they serve our country at home and abroad.

 

Announcements:

The North Butler Baccalaureate service will be held Wednesday, May 14, beginning at 6:30 PM. It will be held at the North Butler Elementary auditorium. You’re invited to attend to support, encourage, and pray for the 2025 graduates.

The RCWM will be holding a bazaar on May 30th during Allison Days as a fund raiser. While doing your spring cleaning, please bring items (no clothes) that you might want to donate. This is a great way to clear out closets! Items may be put in the library. Thank you! 

We are looking to add to our sound/video team. If you are interested, please contact Parker Merritt.

The Allison Community Bible School will be held at Wilder Park, Tuesday, June 10 through Thursday, June 12, from 9:00-11:30 AM. This is open to all children entering Kindergarten through entering 5th grade. A snack will be served each day, please send a labeled water bottle with your child. Permission slips are available at any of the churches and will be sent home to NB elementary students. Please return permission slips to the elementary office or to the church office by Friday, May 10th. Volunteers are needed! Check out the flyer on the bulletin board for volunteer info.

Volunteers needed!! Please contact Taylor Salge (319-239-5128) or Merrie Krukow (641-775-3363) if you are interest in being a helper for the Allison Community Vacation Bible School to be held on June 10th, 11th, and 12th from 9:00 to 11:30 AM at Wilder’s Park. Volunteers must be at least entering 6th grade and adults are always welcome, too!
